About the Role

ExploreMyPC is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to drive sales and build lasting relationships with small businesses and nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and managing client accounts while promoting our web design and technology services. You will be the primary point of contact between ExploreMyPC and its clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.

• Sales Outreach: Contact new prospects and nurture existing leads to close sales opportunities.

• Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend website solutions tailored to their business.

• Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos showcasing ExploreMyPC’s services.

• Client Relationships: Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term client satisfaction.

• Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and contract agreements to close beneficial deals.

• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Reporting: Track sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics for the sales team.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

✅ Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in tech, web design, or digital services.

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

✅ Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

✅ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales funnel management.

✅ Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Preferred Qualifications

🚀 Experience in web design, digital marketing, or SaaS sales.

📊 Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI, and web development best practices.

📈 Familiarity with sales tools like Intercom CRM.
