ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Las Vegas, NV

📍 Location: Remote or In-Person

📅 Work Days: Monday – Thursday (3-Day Weekend: Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

💼 Compensation: $28,000 - $70,000 a year from earning 95% commission on new client Plans (monthly payments)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Account Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential Small Businesses clients, and closing sales. This role will focus on promoting ExploreMyPC’s web design and technology services to businesses. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills. Also, your job is to focus on managing client accounts and relationships and closing sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, pitch ExploreMyPC services, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact between ExploreMyPC and its clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential Small Business and nonprofits organizations clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other methods.

Sales Outreach: Reach out to new Small Business and nonprofits organizations prospects and follow up with existing leads to close sales opportunities.

Consultation: Meet with potential Small Business and nonprofits organizations clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate website design solutions.

Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ExploreMyPC’s services to Small Businesses and nonprofits organizations.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Negotiation: Handle pricing and contract negotiations to close deals that benefit both the Small Business and nonprofits organizations client and ExploreMyPC.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities.

Reporting: Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results, providing reports to the Sales Manager.

Collaboration: Work with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and align on business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, Small Businesses, digital services, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

🚀 Experience in web design, digital marketing, or SaaS sales.

📊 Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI, and web development best practices.

📈 Familiarity with sales tools like Intercom CRM.

SKILLS:

✅ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

✅ Familiarity with CRM software, lead tracking, and sales funnel management.

✅ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.

✅ Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.

✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Earn 90% commission exclusively on 1-month clients enrolled at the monthly pay rate.

Compensation Issued on a monthly basis

ExploreMyPC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer/Programmer Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in web development and design. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our development team to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites, implementing innovative layouts and features that enhance the overall user experience.

This internship offers real-world exposure to modern web technologies, coding best practices, and UX/UI design while providing structured mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop & Modify Websites – Assist in designing, coding, and improving websites based on client specifications.

Content & Feature Creation – Lead the development of site content and interactive features to enhance user experience.

Website Maintenance – Manage site content, troubleshoot technical issues, and apply frequent updates for functionality.

SEO & Performance Optimization – Apply best practices to increase web traffic and engagement, implementing SEO & SEM strategies.

Analytics & Reporting – Monitor website performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Security & Integrations – Ensure domain registration, hosting, and security compliance while integrating with CRM platforms like Nation Builder.
