Job Description

A successful ExploreMyPC is a goal-driven Account Manager that is the prime person responsible for generating sales volume by developing credible long-term relationships with our clients. You will represent the company by developing and driving key partnerships both internally (project managers, marketing, graphic designers, web developers, etc.) and externally with customers within the assigned accounts to drive revenue recognition. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn how to work with technology and a strong foundation in relationship selling techniques are important qualifications for this position in addition to superior customer relations and follow-up. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, and is committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talk with our clients to understand their web design and marketing needs
  • Communicate with project managers in order to facilitate any changes requiring the use of the development team
  • Passionate about understanding our clients needs and bold enough to ask open ended questions to identify those needs
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, sometimes across multiple clients/accounts in a fast paced atmosphere; work load prioritization skills are a must for success

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must be located in the county of San Diego area
  • Associate / Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Pass Background Check
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proven work experience in related field or similar role
  • Proven experience as on resume for this position
  • Must be located in the county of San Diego area
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
